For more than 25 years, I have advised senior executives at world-leading firms across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia on Strategy, AI, and Digital Transformation. My work has helped clients gain strategic foresight, sharpen their competitiveness, accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
I have been fortunate to work across a broad spectrum. I have advised global industry leaders, such as Citibank, Aviva, Bank of America, Alight, American Express, HSBC, BNP Paribas, and Capital One, as well as ambitious smaller firms seeking to disrupt their markets. I have led both large-scale transformation programs involving more than 500 consultants and smaller highly-strategic projects for C-suites and Boards of Directors.
After a long career dedicated to helping clients succeed, I reflected deeply on what consistently drives meaningful and sustainable impact. These reflections form the foundation of Forcite Group.
First, foresight, strategy, and technology are universal levers of success. Organizations of any size and industry gain a significant advantage when they understand where their market is heading, formulate a tailored winning strategy, and deploy advanced technologies – especially AI, to achieve their goals. For this reason, Forcite Group’s mission is to empower businesses with the foresight to thrive today and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.
Second, AI and Digital Transformation are not “IT projects.” I observed repeatedly that when digital or advanced technology initiatives were treated as isolated IT efforts disconnected from strategy, they failed. Agentic AI is a prime example. Its successful adoption requires strategic considerations around data, “AI-first” process redesign, workforce capabilities, regulatory requirements, and change management, among others. Agentic AI and Digital Transformation must be enterprise-wide initiatives, guided by experienced management consultants – not solely IT teams.
Third, our clients’ success must always come first. Large, profit-driven consulting firms often leave critical programs to inexperienced teams behind the scenes or cultivate client dependency rather than capability. I founded Forcite Group with a boutique-consulting ethos: we prioritize our clients’ long-term success, grow primarily through referrals, and deploy delivery models that embed client teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Throughout my career, I have held progressively senior roles at leading management consulting firms. At Deloitte Consulting, I served as a Consultant advising clients on strategy and operations. At Peppers & Rogers Group, I took a Project Manager role, focusing on market and customer strategy. At First Manhattan Consulting Group’s NY office, I served as a Senior Engagement Manager, advising top banks on strategy and digital transformation across all banking domains. At Kearney’s NY office, I took a Senior Manager role, advising leading financial institutions on strategy and digital transformation. At Oliver Wyman’s NY office, I served as a Principal supporting top financial institutions on strategy and digital transformation. Most recently, at Wipro’s NY office, I served as a Partner advising leading firms on AI and digital transformation.
Academically, I have pursued insight and rigor at some of the world’s foremost institutions. I hold an Agentic AI Certificate from Harvard University and an AI Business Leadership Certificate from Management and Strategy Institute. I completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Wharton, and INSEAD. I completed PhD coursework (ABD) in Management Engineering. Additionally, I hold an MBA, a Master’s in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. Across my professional journey, I have also contributed to the academic community through a series of thought-provoking publications.

Managing Partner | Executive Coach
I am a healthcare strategy consultant and executive leadership coach. I empower women leaders to unlock their full potential, increase their impact, and succeed at the next level. By removing limiting beliefs, identifying your authentic leadership style, strengthening your executive presence, and managing stress effectively, you can thrive in a fulfilling career.
Having spent 20 years at Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 multinational company, across Europe and the USA—and having led teams in Pharma, Medical Devices, and Consumer Health—I understand firsthand the challenges leaders face and what it truly takes to succeed. Too often, we focus on delivering results, assuming that performance alone will move us forward. But results are not enough. We need to advocate for ourselves and communicate our value and ambition clearly. This is even more critical for women leaders navigating a corporate world that is still predominantly male.
Today, organizations need strong, effective leaders more than ever. Leadership has evolved—placing greater emphasis on collaboration, influencing without authority in highly matrixed environments, and inspiring diverse teams through constant change. Modern leaders must influence and inspire across functions and levels, adapt their leadership style in uncertain environments, and lead with agility, vision, and purpose.
So how does a leader build these capabilities? These are not skills an MBA can fully teach. Internal corporate trainings are often theoretical, and learning solely “on the job” can be slow, frustrating, and risky. While companies often invest in coaching for VPs and C-suite leaders, those who need coaching the most are middle and senior managers—the people doing some of the hardest and most impactful work. New managers also need guidance, mentorship, and practical tools to successfully navigate a leadership role. I was fortunate to have an executive coach for five years, sponsored by my company. It had a profound impact on my leadership style, my career, and my confidence—and ultimately inspired me to become a certified coach myself.
I believe leadership coaching should not be a privilege reserved for a few. It is an investment every leader who wants to grow should make. My vision is to make coaching more accessible to all leaders—especially women. At Forcite Group, we offer a range of programs, from customized 1:1 executive coaching to accessible small group coaching and mentoring, leadership workshops, and training courses. Because you deserve to reach your full potential and become the leader you aspire to be.
